Sponsors Wanted!
UC’s Science & Engineering Expo needs you! More specifically, we need your money and your people. We are actively seeking sponsors for the Ohio Academy of Science’s southwest district science fair to be held on March 13, 2010, at the University of Cincinnati.
How can you help?
Sponsorship can be in the form of cash or material donations to support the science fair itself and/or cash, material or scholarship awards that are given directly to the students.
Picture your company or family name featured prominently at one or more of our many venues: exhibit area, parents’ information areas, eating areas, t-shirts, program booklet, and even during the awards ceremony itself. Or picture you and your employees acting as judges and volunteers on the day of the fair. What else can you picture? The possibilities are endless!
We need big donations, to support such things as:
• Shuttles for students from local schools to UC
• T-shirts for the student participants
• T-shirts for the UC volunteers
• Lunches for the judges, student participants, volunteers
• You tell us!
We also need smaller donations, such as:
• Prizes for specific awards
• Breakfast and beverages for the judges and volunteers
• Ribbons and certificates for the judges and participants
• Office supplies (pens, pencils, calculators)
• Display poster boards for the students
